By entering into the Te Arai Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility:

• Open to New Zealand residents aged 18+.
• Employees of Mangawhai Central and their immediate families are excluded.

Entry Criteria:

• Available to the first two individual eligible purchasers to enter into an unconditional contract to purchase a section in Stage 1, Mangawhai Central, between 28 October and 20 December 2025. One voucher per section purchased.

Prize Details:

• Voucher for a 2-night Ocean View Room at Te Arai Links, valued at $1,870 (breakfast is
  included). Excludes all additional room charges, activities, incidentals, and any other costs
  incurred during the stay.
• Valid for use until 20 October 2026, except between 23 December 2025 and 5 January 2026,
  and subject to room availability.
• Non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash or other goods/services.

Winner Notification:

• Winners will be the first two unconditional contracts selected from the eligible purchasers.
• Notification via email or phone within 3 business days.
• If unclaimed after 5 business days, a new winner may be selected.

Use of Personal Information:

• Entrants consent to the use of their name and entry into the Te Arai promotion for

General Conditions:

• Mangawhai Central reserves the right to verify entries and eligibility of purchasers and to select
